• Well, most of you know me already, but I guess I should introduce myself for those who might stumble upon this site.
  
  My name is Karen and I currently live in North Florida. I attend law school here, and am in my last year. (Yay!) I am originally from San Diego, California. A fourth generation native Californian, in fact. I left Cali about 12 years ago, and since then have lived in Texas and Florida.
  
  I have learned the hard way that you should never say never, as it angers the fates. When I was a silly teenager living in San Diego, I said there were three places I would never live. Texas, Florida and New York. So, the fates are laughing at me right now. I just hope that my next place of residence is not New York.
  
  I am actually planning on moving to Oregon after I finish law school. Florida is ok, but I don't particularly like the humidity and the bugs. Plus my Father and Sister live in Oregon.
  
  I am married, have been for nearly 5 years to the greatest guy in the entire world. He is my second husband. I met him when I lived in Texas.
  
  My first husband was a jerk and a pig. I don't like to talk about him much. However, if I hadn't married the jerk I never would have moved to Texas and never would have met my wonderful hubby. So, everything happens for a reason, right?
