Well, after all my bitching about "math" class and how bad I am at math...I got my midterm grade back. I got the highest score in the class. 101 out of 115. *blush*
I was talking to hubby last night and he seemed kind of exasperated with me. He says I always freak out about exams, and then I do just fine. So, I guess I am not allowed to bitch about exams anymore. At least not to him. You, my lucky cyber-friends, get to hear all my bitching!
Other than that, not much is going on here. Not much more than usual, anyway. I am working on editing an article for the journal (along with the rest of the editing team), and it is going VERY slowly. The author apparently thinks he can cite stuff however he feels like it, and that it is acceptable. Huh! So, we are going through and fixing all of this man's errors and adding footnotes where they are needed. Talk about frustrating and borrrring.
The editing will be done by Monday afternoon, and then I will dive headfirst into my paper and studying for the MPRE. Ohhhh, the life of a law student, you've got to love it.
In good news, I did get in to Trial Practice, so I will have no exams and no grades next semester. Woo Hoo!
Ok, bad joke of the day:
A henpecked husband was advised by a psychiatrist to assert himself. "You don't have to let your wife bully you," he said. "Go home and show her you're the boss."
The husband decided to take the doctor's advice. He went
home, slammed the door, shook his fist in his wife's face, and growled, "From now on you're taking orders from me. I want my supper right now, and when you get it on the table, go upstairs and lay out my clothes. Tonight I am going out with the boys.
You are going to stay at home where you belong. Another
thing, you know who is going to tie my bow tie?"
"I certainly do," said his wife calmly, "the undertaker."
gotta run!

congrats all around girl!
Way to go on the math exam! It sounds like next term will be a good one. Love the jokes!
(rolls eyes) you ALWAYS worry for naught! HAHAHAHAH it's a trademark now. HAHAHAHAH Especially your England trip. Wishing you well, and a less henpecked husband.
Bring it on, we like to hear all about it!
