  • All the stitches are out, and things are slowly returning to
normal.  I am still having a bit of
trouble sitting for long periods of time, but every day gets just a little
    better.

Hubby has been a saint with helping me.  Let’s just say that he really took that “in
sickness and in health” vow very seriously.
    I am one lucky girl.

Things have been very busy here at work too, and I am very
thankful for that.  Although some days I
feel like hiding under my desk because things are just a little TOO busy, if
    you know what I mean.

I went to a Local County Bar meeting today - it was
good.  Got to see several attorneys that
I know and socialize a bit.  I enjoyed it
immensely.  Some days I forget just how
much I need social interaction.  It is
weird to be sitting here in my office all by myself - I’ve never had to work
all alone before.  It is a little strange
and a little sad some days.  (Make no
mistake though, generally I do love it.)

Every time I have to go somewhere down here, I am thankful
for my office.  The location is perfect -
I can walk to the County Courthouse
and also to the Federal Courthouse without any difficulty.  And the weather here has been gorgeous!  So, I’ve been getting out and walking to all
of my appointments - it is good!

Hmmm…well, there isn’t much else going on around here right
now…I guess I could do some actual work instead of blogging.  I do have research I should do.  Or I could just surf a bit…after all, I have
    worked hard today.

  • Sorry.  Keyboard malfunction.

I'm glad to hear that your surgery went well, and your stitches are out.  Hope you're feeling well, and clean.

Take care and have a good week!!

  • It's so good to hear that you're recovering nicely.

I'd say you deserve a little surfing!

  • uhh, hi. i saw your comment on krisinluck's site and noticed that you said you were living in northern idaho. i'm from southeastern idaho and there's not too many idahoans on xanga, so i thought i'd drop by and say hi. your SN mentions cali so i'm assuming that you probably aren't native or anything but yeah.
