Ok, because Renee asked so nicely, I am updating.
*grin*
News of the week - Terri Schaivo's autopsy came back and showed that
she had irreversible brain damage and would not have recovered no
matter what kind of therapy she had received. Um, yep. No
surprise there. But has anyone apologized to the judge in the
case? Of course not.Hmmm...what else? Hubby and I went to a ren faire this past
weekend. It was fun, but a little disappointing in that most of
the shows (jousting, mud show, etc.) weren't happening that day.
I guess it is because the faire here is a 6 weekend event and we went
on the 5th weekend. There weren't very many vendors either.
Still, we had a good time.I've been re-reading the "Harry Potter" series, since the new one comes
out on July 16th here in the US. I am very much looking forward
to the next one. And to think that I was so incredibly resistant
to reading them in the first place since they are "kids books."
Still, they are enjoyable. I think perhaps I shouldn't have
started re-reading them so early, since I've still got about 3 weeks
before the next book is out. But that's ok.Not much else new to report. How's everyone doing out there?

Despite the well documented evidence, Bill Frist denies ever making a "diagnosis" of Terri Schaivo based on video tape. No one will ever apologize to the judge, but they should. At least this was one more yank on the plug of Frist's presidential campaign
Well, I'm relieved to see a new post! I'm starting to reread harry 5 today. It's very hot here and this afternoon I will be lounging in the shade with Harry and the others. Lovely. I preordered the new one and hope to take it with me to Turkey. It should come out on the 16th and we're leaving for Turkey on the 22nd. I will probably already have read it once before our vacation!
How's business?
Can you believe her parents are still at it? Give me a fucking break!
