  • I-Tunes radio is the best thing ever.  Really.  Listening to
    Club 977 The 80s Channel - I just heard "19" by Paul Hardcastle, and
    now they are playing "Wild Thing" by Tone Loc.  Making me laugh,
    oh yes.

    Virgin Radio UK is pretty damn good too.

    It has been an interesting day...I got a call first thing this morning
    that one of my clients died over the weekend in a single vehicle
    accident.  I am sad about it, but for some reason
    unsurprised.  I guess in my mind things like this happen all the
    time, at least according to the news, so nothing much surprises me any
    more.  I got the call from the attorney opposing me and then the
    client's father called me as well.

    Yep...single car accident.  I've wondered if perhaps it wasn't an accident.  Not that we'll ever know.

    Other than that, it has been a fairly quiet, uneventful day...I've been working and doing research, taking calls, all the usual.

    I did decide not to take that case I was thinking about last
    week.  I took the weekend off instead.  Hubby and I drove
    around looking at undeveloped land.  He wants some acreage. 
    I am somewhat ambivalent about it.  I wouldn't mind buying land,
    but I don't want to buy just some piece of flat pasture or
    something.  I mean, if we are going to do this, we damn well
    better get something on a hill and with a view of some water. 
    Otherwise, it is not worth it.  We'll see what we can find - I am
    certainly in no hurry though.

    Alright - I am outta here.  I've got cases to read.
