1. Grab the nearest book.
2. Open the book to page 123.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the text of the sentence in your journal along with these instructions.
5. Don't search around and look for the "coolest" book you can find. Do what's actually next to you
"impossible or demonstrates a clear determination not to continue with performance."From "Selected Commercial Statutes, 2001 Edition," which was the
nearest book. Of course I have several other legal books fairly
near as well, but this one was closest.Such excitement, huh?

lol, yeah - just about as exciting as mine!!! Have a nice weekend!
I stumbled upon a particularly juicy chapter in one of our reference works. Has something to do with criminal cases...
Have a great weekend! -Wil
No offence, but until now I was only vaguely aware of an organization called WIPO. Apparently, WIPO's based in geneva (which doesn't sound too bad, were it not for the fact that most Europeans think of Switzerland as a beautiful but obscenely expensive country...). Maybe your Intellectual Property professor had to attend a WIPO-related case at the International Court or one of the international patent offices here in The Hague. A few years back, I worked for the Intellectual Property dept. of the local court of appeal headed by a remarkably knowledgeable IP professor/judge, and my previous assistant was a law major specializing in IP so I used to discuss this particular subject a lot. Call me a megageek, but I can see the adventure and excitement in intellectual property issues, LOL. Maybe I should go back and finish law school...
Have a great day, -Wil
